 Muay Thai became widespread as its calorie burning training was used by many to not only get in shape, but to learn a practical martial art.  Making use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight points of contact.



 

 

The instructors at Pound 4 Pound have the experience and knowledge to take you to the next level, whether it’s to lose weight or build self confidence. Our instructors have competed throughout the world and have trained the weekend warrior at the beginner level to professional world champions.
